Delivery and returns
Returning a Flymount product.
To return any Flymount product purchased directly from us, or through a dealer, please email us at support@flymount.com with your details.
Shipping and delivery details.
EU ORDERS:
We ship all EU orders (apart from factory seconds) from within the EU. You should not be charged any import taxes on your order.
UK ORDERS:
All UK orders are shipped from the UK, and normally arrive by the next working day if ordered before 2:00pm.
We use Royal Mail for our UK orders, with a choice of recordede or non-recorded delivery.
US ORDERS:
Orders to the United States are generally shipped by recorded airmail, unless requested otherwise. Delivery time varies, but avarages around 4 working days.
AUSTRALIA AND NEW ZEALAND:
Orders to the Australia and New Zealand are generally shipped by recorded airmail, unless requested otherwise. Delivery time varies, but avarages around 6 working days.
