Deliveries and Returns

If you are not completely happy with your Flymount purchase, please avoid using it, and return it to us for a full refund.

It is important when using our products to insure compatibility with both your camera and the equipment you attach to. Using our mounts beyond their usable range could lead to loss of equipment. If your Flymount camera mount does not fit either your camera or intended mounting location satisfactorily please avoid using it, and return it to us at the address below:

On receipt of the returned item, we will issue a refund.

UK orders are shipped through Royal Mail recorded 24 hour service, and will normally arrive the next day if ordered before 2pm.

EU orders are shipped through DPD and DHL from The Netherlands. Delivery times vary between member states, with an avaerage of 3 working days.

Worldwide orders are shipped through a recorded service with end to end tracking.
