Attaching your safety line
1.
Use the supplied safety line.
2.
Make a loop at one end of the safety line.
3.
Tie an overhand loop knot as shown.
4.
Overhand knot should look similar to this.
5.
Feed opposite end of safety line through the newly created loop.
6.
Create a slip knot as shown.
7.
Place slip knot over camera.
8.
Secure slip knot below camera.
9.
Tighten slip knot.
10.
Feed opposite end of safety line through your Flymount's hinge pin.
11.
Pull all the safety line through the hinge pin.
12.
The safety line can be fed either above or below your wing depending on preference and wing profile.
13.
The safety line should be kept reasonably tight with no loose sections that could catch or interfere with anything on the water.
14.
Tie off to the leading edge handle.
15.
Ensure safety line has no loose sections and is tied off securely.
